FAQ

Every project is quoted individually, depending on the frame, design complexity, finish and any additional parts to be painted. Full custom frame projects start from €900. Final pricing depends on the complexity of the design, techniques and parts included. Once I’ve reviewed your request, I’ll provide a tailored quote before anything is booked.

A deposit is used to secure your dedicated production slot in the schedule. Because only a limited number of full custom projects are accepted, reserving a slot means that production time is specifically set aside for your project. The deposit is deducted from the final project price.

Submitting a project does not reserve a slot. Once your project has been reviewed and accepted, I’ll offer you an available production window. The slot is only confirmed once the requested deposit has been received.

Yes. The deposit is part of the total project price and is deducted from your final invoice.

The quote is based on the agreed scope and design direction. If you later request additional parts, extra design work or substantial changes to the original concept, the price may be adjusted. Any change in cost will always be discussed before the additional work is carried out.

The deposit is used to reserve a dedicated production slot specifically for your project. If you decide to cancel, please get in touch as soon as possible.Whether the deposit can be refunded depends on how close the cancellation is to the reserved production window and whether that slot can reasonably be reassigned. Cancellations made close to the scheduled start date may therefore be non-refundable.

Your quote covers the agreed preparation, paintwork, graphics and finish for the parts listed in the proposal. Any additional work or parts outside the agreed scope will be clearly stated separately.

If your plans change, get in touch as soon as possible. I’ll always try to find a practical solution, but reserved production time is limited and changes close to the agreed production window may affect the deposit or availability.

The remaining balance is due once the project is completed and before the finished frame or parts are collected or shipped.
